Pritzy Doll Kids Spa LLC

By booking and/or participating in services or events with Pritzy Doll Kids Spa LLC (“Company”), the Client agrees to the following terms:

Client agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pritzy Doll Kids Spa LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, accidents, delays, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to participation in spa services, parties, activities, or use of the premises, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company.

Client acknowledges that children’s spa services and party activities may involve certain inherent risks. By booking services, Client voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any risks of injury, allergic reactions, or damages that may occur.

All payments, including deposits and balances, are non-refundable under any circumstances. NO EXCEPTIONS.
This includes but is not limited to cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, change of mind, weather conditions, or unforeseen personal circumstances.

By submitting payment, Client acknowledges and agrees to this strict no-refund policy.

While all payments are non-refundable, Pritzy Doll Kids Spa LLC may, at its sole discretion, allow rescheduling under certain qualifying circumstances. Rescheduling requests must:

• Be submitted in writing.
   
• Be requested within the timeframe outlined in your booking agreement (if applicable).
   
• Be for a date within a reasonable time frame determined by the Company.
   
• Be subject to availability.
   

Rescheduling is a courtesy, not a guarantee. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate Clients; however, availability is not assured.

Failure to appear on the scheduled date without prior approved rescheduling will result in forfeiture of all payments.
